A brief report on the Ibero-American Federation of the World Council.
In the event, the 8th Ibero-American Conference took place in Mexico in October 2010 and the 9th in Argentina in October 2012 (though the website for the latter seems inaccessible).
The 10th Conference is scheduled to take place in November 2014, in Foz do Iguacu City, Parana state, Brazil. Details are expected to be published here.
